How long does the installation process take?
Weather and material supply permitting, most of our fence installation projects are completed in as little as one to two days. We work efficiently to respect your valuable time.
What should I do to prepare my property for installation?
After a fence installation date has been scheduled, you will be required to contact your community and HOA to receive a fencing permit. As for your yard, you will be responsible for clearing the fence line of any debris, foliage, or sprinklers.
Will the installation process damage my yard or landscaping?
Absolutely not. At Timber Ridge Fence, we respect your property and take special care to preserve the integrity of your landscaping and leave as little of a “work footprint” in your yard as possible. However, there may be reasonable wear and tear where we need to move wheelbarrows and materials along the fence line.
What happens if there are utility lines on my property?
Timber Ridge will contact JULIE to mark all public utilities and ensure all public utility cables are properly identified and marked. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to mark all private utility lines, including sprinkler lines, sump lines, and private gas or electric lines.
Can Timber Ridge Fence install a fence in bad weather?
To ensure proper installation of your new fence and the safety of our employees, we do not recommend working in inclement weather. If the forecast calls for storms, we will work with you to adjust your scheduled installation date until weather conditions permit.
